About the role
This position is dedicated to supporting the account management function for an existing book of business located within the Orlando office environment. The hire will act as a critical operational and client-facing extension of the account management team, ensuring daily activities align with strategic revenue goals. Success in this role requires ownership of specific financial outcomes, including the generation of monthly revenue up to $400,000 from a designated portfolio. The individual will be responsible for handling small to mid-size accounts to support both growth initiatives and service continuity objectives. Furthermore, this role involves managing house accounts specifically to maintain strict compliance standards and uphold established service level agreements. The position demands a proactive approach to identifying and developing inbound leads into small, qualified opportunities that convert into tangible revenue streams.

What you'll do
Manage the book of business previously closed won to generate monthly revenue up to $400,000.
Handle small to mid-size accounts to support growth and service continuity.
Manage house accounts to maintain compliance and service standards.
Develop inbound leads into small opportunities that convert to revenue.
Engage current customers to increase revenues through repeat and recurring services.
Lead and coordinate routine services between the customer and the company for consistency.
Sell new repeat and recurring services to the assigned customer base to expand coverage.
Originate new business opportunities through referrals and networking activities.
Build long-term customer relationships to retain business and reduce churn.
Deliver high-level service to new and existing clients that meets or exceeds WOW-level expectations.
Coordinate scope for jobs and proposals to align customer needs with service offerings.
Acquire purchase orders and collect outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.
Nurture relationships within the customer's organization to build trust and credibility.
Handle service recovery by triaging issues and developing procedures that prevent recurrence.
Perform employee lead follow-up and tracking to support retention and performance goals.
Learn and apply the Sandler sales methodology in all customer interactions.
Track industry trends, market changes, competitors, and improvement initiatives to inform decisions.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required for this position.
A positive attitude, strong passion for sales, and a high level of motivation are mandatory requirements.

Focus on goals, creativity, organization, and excellent communication skills are essential for performance.
Attendance at client outings is required as needed for business development and relationship management.
Eligibility to work in the United States without future sponsorship is a strict requirement for employment.
Possession of a reliable form of transportation is necessary to fulfill job duties.
Holding a valid US driver's license is mandatory for this position.
Consent to a Motor Vehicle Record screening, criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen (including THC) is required.
The ability to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis is a physical requirement of the job.
Nice to have
Prior environmental field operations experience or similar skill sets are preferred for this role.
1-2+ years of prior sales experience is preferred by the hiring team.
Account management experience in the Environmental industry is a preferred qualification.
A solid understanding of Facilities Management is considered a plus for this position.
Experience supervising, managing projects, or selling to healthcare, higher education, life sciences, or industrial clients is preferred.
Proficiency in CRM systems and industry-specific software is a preferred skill that enhances job effectiveness.
