What you'll do
Implement gameplay features in Unity to support product goals for global players across diverse markets.
Develop new titles, features, and live operations while optimizing code and memory for peak performance on iOS and Android devices.
Design and plan system architecture using strong OOP principles to sustain long-term project health and scalability.
Review code meticulously and write comprehensive unit tests to uphold strict quality standards across the entire codebase.
Extend a large existing legacy project and rapidly prototype new ideas to iterate on gameplay mechanics and internal tooling.
Use the Deep Profiler, Frame Debugger, and Memory Profiler daily to diagnose and resolve complex performance bottlenecks under production conditions.
Build robust UI elements and intricate gameplay systems in Unity to create responsive, high-fidelity player experiences.
Manage source code in Git and other version control systems with precision to support streamlined team workflows and branching strategies.
Work with sprawling existing code bases to integrate new functionality while maintaining absolute stability and preventing regressions.
Apply GLSL/HLSL and ShaderGraph to create custom visual effects when required by ambitious design specifications.
Communicate proactively with product and design teams to clarify requirements and align on clear, measurable deliverables.
Investigate and resolve production issues found in live games, ensuring minimal disruption to players and stable experiences.
Champion best practices in software engineering, code cleanliness, and documentation to elevate the entire team's standards.

Requirements
You must possess at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Unity and C# as a professional programmer in shipped titles.
