The is responsible for managing product performance for a live casual game and preparing foundations for future portfolio expansion. This position combines responsibility for current live operations with strategic planning for long-term growth in the casual segment. The role operates within the Belka Games studio under the Tripledot Studios umbrella. The hire will set the product vision and translate it into actionable roadmaps that balance user satisfaction with business goals. They will own the end-to-end product lifecycle ensuring that every decision supports both immediate performance and future scalability. This leader will foster a culture of experimentation where data informs intuition and market feedback drives innovation. They will act as the critical link between analytics, creative design, and engineering teams to ensure alignment. Ultimately, the Product Director will be accountable for sustaining and growing the product's position in a competitive market.

What you'll do
Analyze live game performance metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
Define and own the product strategy for the casual game portfolio ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives.
Lead the ideation and validation process for new features and game modes using structured hypothesis frameworks.
Partner with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
Develop and monitor a core set of key performance indicators to evaluate the success of product initiatives.
Design and implement experiments to test product changes and measure their impact on player behavior.
Champion data-driven decision making by interpreting analytics and translating findings into product actions.
Build and mentor a high-performing product team focusing on talent development and clear career pathways.
Establish rigorous benchmark evaluations to compare product performance against competitors and industry standards.
Balance the demands of day-to-day LiveOps with the necessity of long-term portfolio development initiatives.
Own stakeholder communications ensuring that all parties are aligned on product vision, progress, and results.
Manage the full lifecycle of product hypotheses from discovery through launch and post-launch assessment.
Drive a culture of accountability where decisions are justified by metrics and outcomes.
Ensure that product initiatives contribute directly to growth, profitability, and sustainable engagement.
Champion the adoption of best practices in LiveOps to maintain the stability and longevity of live services.
Requirements
You possess proven experience with live mobile F2P casual games and ownership of LiveOps-driven products.
You have a deep understanding of casual economy-driven games and their market dynamics.
You have a successful history of building and implementing product strategies for casual games.
You have experience managing the full lifecycle from ideation to benchmark evaluation of product hypotheses.
You demonstrate capability in improving and scaling live products through data-driven decisions.
You possess strong analytical skills and confidence with product metrics.
You have experience building and leading product teams, including developing talent and providing mentorship.
You show an ability to balance day-to-day operations with long-term product and portfolio development.
You maintain a strong business mindset focused on growth, profitability, and impact on product performance.
You exhibit excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
You are fluent in English and Russian.
