What you'll do
Define success metrics and support experiment design to shape product strategy throughout feature development.
Analyze results and recommend the next iteration so product decisions are grounded in real-time data and player behaviour insights.
Work with User Acquisition teams to analyze performance and present insights that influence broader marketing and product strategies.
Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders so leadership decisions are informed by clear evidence.
Go beyond describing current data patterns to recommend concrete actions the team should take next.
Requirements
The posting states a bachelor's degree requirement. Bring experience in Product Analytics, Game Analytics, Data Analytics, or a closely related role.
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to turn complex data into clear, actionable product guidance.
Demonstrate experience designing, executing, or supporting the full lifecycle of A/B tests.
Show a strong understanding of product KPIs and player behaviour, linking analytical findings directly to product decisions.
Analyze large datasets to answer strategic and operational business questions with measurable impact.
Use strong SQL skills to work with datasets and leverage data visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
Build dashboards and define meaningful product metrics that accurately reflect product performance and player engagement.
Assess feature performance and confidently recommend product roadmap, feature, or LiveOps decisions based on evidence.
Communicate complex analytical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences through clear and concise explanations.

This role is based in Barcelona and operates with hybrid working arrangements, including 20 days remote work.
