What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of tradespeople, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Oversee daily operations on job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant trade, with a proven track record of successful project completion.
• Valid journeyman certification or equivalent credentials in a skilled trade.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment, as well as safety protocols.
