What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of tradespeople, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant trade, with a proven track record of successful project completion.
- Valid journeyman certification or equivalent credentials in a skilled trade.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
