What you'll do

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create detailed job descriptions that accurately reflect the responsibilities and qualifications required for each position.
• Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of candidates through resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews to assess their skills and cultural fit.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
• applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain organized records of candidates and streamline the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, proactively engaging with potential candidates even when positions are not actively open.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to enhance our recruitment strategies.
• Organize and participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and campus outreach programs to promote Trim Group and attract new talent.
• Provide training and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selecting candidates, ensuring a consistent and effective hiring process.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing the recruitment process.
• Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners to expand our reach and access to a diverse candidate pool.
• Stay current with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of positions across different levels and functions.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for finding and attracting top talent.

Nice to have

• Experience in a specific industry relevant to Trim Group's operations (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, etc.).
• Familiarity with employer branding strategies and initiatives.
• Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
• Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR, AIRS).
• Experience with social media recruiting and digital marketing strategies.

Skills & tools

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools, including ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate offer discussions with candidates.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
