What you'll do
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create detailed job descriptions that accurately reflect the responsibilities and qualifications required for each position.
- Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of candidates through resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews to assess their skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
- applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain organized records of candidates and streamline the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, proactively engaging with potential candidates even when positions are not actively open.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to enhance our recruitment strategies.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and campus outreach programs to promote Trim Group and attract new talent.
- Provide training and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selecting candidates, ensuring a consistent and effective hiring process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing the recruitment process.
- Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners to expand our reach and access to a diverse candidate pool.
- Stay current with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of positions across different levels and functions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for finding and attracting top talent.
