What you'll do

• Lead and oversee the execution of complex projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant trade, with a strong background in journeyperson work.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership qualities.
• Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment related to your trade.
• A valid journeyman certification or equivalent credentials in your field.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a similar industry.
