Leverage AI tools to streamline reconciliations, automate data preparation, and generate narrative insights, creating a lean finance operation capable of supporting rapid growth.
Ensure cash-flow forecasting, runway management, and scenario planning are rigorously maintained so that no internal or external stakeholder is uncertain about the company's cash position.
Build and maintain the systems that govern billing, ERP/accounting, CRM integrations, and dashboards to ensure seamless data flow across the entire finance stack.
Requirements
You come from a background in investment banking, growth equity, private equity, or top-tier strategic finance roles with a proven track record in high-growth environments.
You are skilled in corporate finance and financial modeling, with the ability to build a three-statement model and an operating model from a blank sheet of paper without guidance.
You possess commercial instinct that is as strong as your financial rigor, constantly seeking to understand why the business succeeds rather than only how the numbers appear.
You are AI-native in your approach, already using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to accelerate workflow and decision-making in finance.
You thrive in environments with significant ambiguity and are capable of establishing processes, controls, and narratives where none currently exist.
Executive-level communication is a core requirement, and you must be able to convey complex financial concepts with clarity to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You exercise extreme ownership over your work and expect the same level of accountability from peers and partners within the finance organization.
Comfort with this technology is not optional, as AI capability is central to how the finance function will operate and scale at Tread.
