About the role
You will set and own Harvey's global integrated campaign strategy, defining priority audiences, narratives, and architecture that make our work credible and relevant. You will turn deep audience insight into differentiated positioning rooted in research, customer interviews, and competitive intelligence. You will translate company priorities into coordinated market-facing programs that connect business impact with audience needs. You will orchestrate the full marketing system, bringing together digital, social, events, communications, and analyst relations into cohesive campaigns. You will build the measurement system that ties campaign activity to pipeline, revenue, and long-term brand outcomes. You will hire, develop, and scale a team of strategic marketers who own their audiences and business results. You will establish the campaign operating model and prove what works so capabilities can scale globally. You will raise the strategic and creative bar, setting the standard for insight quality, message sharpness, and rigorous execution.

- Set Harvey's global integrated campaign strategy, defining audiences, segments, narratives, and architecture that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
- Turn audience insight into differentiated positioning, developing messaging grounded in primary research, customer insight, competitive intelligence, and demonstrated use cases.
- Translate company priorities into market-facing programs, partnering with Product, Sales, and business leaders around Harvey's most important growth initiatives.
- Orchestrate the full marketing system, coordinating digital, social, communications, analyst relations, alliances, events, and field marketing into cohesive global campaigns.
- Build the measurement system, defining KPIs, dashboards, attribution signals, and operating cadence that connect campaign investment to business outcomes.
- Build the team and operating model, designing how campaigns work, hiring exceptional marketers, and developing strategic owners of audiences and results.
- Raise the creative and strategic bar, establishing what great campaign thinking looks like in insight quality, message sharpness, execution craft, and measurement rigor.
- Build an AI-native campaign engine, applying AI across audience research, creative development, experimentation, personalization, localization, and performance analysis.
- Define the playbooks and repeatable processes that scale campaign capability across regions and product lines.
- Partner closely with GTM leadership to align campaigns with sales priorities, product launches, and customer advisory programs.
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear, evidence-based narratives for sophisticated legal, tax, and finance leaders.
- Design and run always-on programs that nurture pipeline and reinforce Harvey's category leadership over time.
- Establish feedback loops with Sales and Customer Success to ensure campaigns reflect real objections and evolving buyer concerns.
- Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle from hypothesis, to test, to scaled execution and documented learnings.
- Use data to continuously refine targeting, positioning, and channel mix, improving efficiency and impact.
- Ensure all campaign assets meet the standards of credibility, simplicity, and decisiveness that reflect Harvey's values.
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering to surface customer insights that inform roadmap priorities.
- Lead cross-functional reviews of campaign concepts, ensuring alignment with enterprise buyer expectations.
- Develop playbooks for AI-assisted research, creative iteration, and performance testing across channels.
- Mentor marketers on structured thinking, rigorous measurement, and audience-centric campaign design.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including significant ownership of integrated campaigns, demand generation, or go-to-market programs within enterprise software or high-growth SaaS.
- A record of building and scaling, having created teams, programs, or operating models and introduced structure without unnecessary process.
- Experience building and leading exceptional teams, developing people into strategic owners who deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-channel campaigns in regulated, enterprise, or professional services environments.
- Strong evidence of turning audience insight into credible positioning and messaging that influences sophisticated buyers.
- Track record of using data and experimentation to drive campaign performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders and executive sponsors to set priorities and resolve ambiguity.
- Proven ability to operate at high pace, take ownership, and maintain excellence under tight deadlines and high stakes.
- Fluency in the realities of enterprise sales cycles, stakeholder influence, and procurement considerations.
- Experience aligning marketing measurement with revenue outcomes and working with Sales Operations or Finance on KPIs.
- Deep understanding of how AI can transform knowledge work, with examples of applying AI tools to marketing problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear, actionable narratives.
- Comfort collaborating globally across distributed teams and time zones while maintaining consistent standards.

- Experience mentoring marketers and building marketing operating models.
Practical notes
The role is full-time based in San Francisco. The position requires intensive collaboration with cross-functional leaders and frequent travel to customer and industry events.
