What you'll do

• Develop and implement strategic plans tailored to the unique market dynamics of the Benelux and France regions, ensuring alignment with Topemployers' overall business objectives.
• Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals, providing guidance and support to foster a high-performance culture that encourages innovation and accountability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for regional inquiries and concerns.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and alignment of goals.

• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, detailing regional performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations.

• Stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact operations, adjusting strategies as necessary to remain compliant and competitive.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a relevant industry, with a strong focus on the Benelux and French markets.
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving business growth in a regional capacity.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in both English and French; knowledge of Dutch is a significant advantage.
• Experience in budget management and financial forecasting, with a keen understanding of P&L responsibilities.
• Ability to travel frequently within the region as required to meet with clients and team members.
