What you'll do

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations that effectively communicate our brand message.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Conduct research on current design trends and competitor marketing strategies to inform our design choices and ensure we remain competitive.
• Support the execution of marketing initiatives by preparing and editing content for online and offline channels.
• Help maintain and organize the digital asset library, ensuring that all design files are easily accessible and up to date.
• Work closely with the social media team to create engaging visuals that enhance our online presence and drive audience engagement.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations that showcase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and design projects.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing design insights and recommendations based on project goals.
• Learn to use various design tools and software, enhancing your technical skills and understanding of the design process.
• Contribute to the overall branding strategy by ensuring consistency in design elements across all marketing materials.
• Provide feedback and support to other team members on design-related tasks, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually compelling content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with video editing software or animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) would be advantageous.
• Previous internship or work experience in a marketing or design role is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design principles is beneficial.
