What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
• Design and execute innovative recruitment campaigns that resonate with potential candidates and reflect the company's values.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for hiring managers to improve their interviewing and selection skills.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including universities and recruitment agencies, to expand our talent pool.
• Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, to promote our employer brand and job openings.
• Participate in industry events and job fairs to represent Topemployers and attract potential candidates.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to continuously improve our recruitment strategies.
• Foster an inclusive and diverse workplace by implementing initiatives that promote equality and representation.
• Provide feedback and insights to management on the effectiveness of current hiring practices and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or employer branding.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices in the industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports to inform decision-making.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in recruitment marketing.

Nice to have

• Experience in employer branding or marketing within a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
• Previous experience working in a multicultural environment or with diverse teams.
• Certification in HR or recruitment-related fields (e.g., SHRM, PHR).
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.

Skills & tools

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Experience with recruitment software and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and BambooHR.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch or other languages is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
