Requirements

The ideal candidate brings at least three years of experience managing complex water-related projects in a professional setting. You must demonstrate the ability to lead technical work related to drainage, storage, and treatment systems with a high level of competence. A strong understanding of hydraulic models and calculations is essential for accurately sizing and placing control structures in the field. You should be proficient in reading documents, reports, and maps to identify factors that influence project execution and overall success. A thorough familiarity with regulations affecting rivers, lakes, and developed landscapes is required for success in this role and must be applied consistently. You must also possess the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in all outputs. The position requires a professional who can work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to convey technical information to clients and stakeholders clearly. You must be comfortable working within a hybrid work structure that includes Tuesday through Thursday in-office work and Monday and Friday remote work.

Compensation is competitive and aligned with experience, ranging from $73,000 to $90,000 annually. Location for this position is Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
