Senior Manager/ Director - Cybersecurity Transformation & AI Security

About the role

You will architect and own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale cybersecurity transformation programs for enterprise clients, defining the future state operating model and ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives. You will lead the design and implementation of AI-enabled security automation strategies, integrating next-generation security platforms to enhance operational resilience and efficiency. You will act as a trusted advisor to CISOs and executive leadership, translating complex cybersecurity concepts into compelling business narratives that drive executive buy-in and program success. You will build and mentor high-performing practice teams, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaborative problem-solving within the Tevora community. You will leverage deep expertise in AI governance and risk management to establish robust frameworks that ensure the responsible and secure adoption of AI technologies. You will own the development of comprehensive enterprise cybersecurity roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives that deliver measurable risk reduction and operational excellence. You will champion the modernization of Security Operations Centers (SOCs) and the adoption of AI-powered security operations, positioning clients for long-term strategic advantage.

Spearhead the development and execution of cybersecurity operating model transformations for global enterprise clients, aligning security structures with business strategy.

Architect AI-enabled security automation frameworks that streamline threat detection, response, and remediation processes across the security lifecycle.

Lead the modernization of Security Operations Centers (SOCs), integrating next-generation security platforms and optimizing operational workflows.

Craft data-driven enterprise cybersecurity roadmaps that prioritize high-impact initiatives and align technology investments with organizational risk appetite.

Develop and implement AI governance and risk management strategies to ensure compliance, ethical use, and secure deployment of AI technologies.

Drive the sales and delivery of large, multi-year security transformation engagements, managing complex scopes and stakeholder expectations.

Build and nurture client relationships by serving as the primary strategic advisor to CISOs and executive leadership teams.

Establish best practices for cybersecurity program management, ensuring successful delivery, on-time execution, and measurable client outcomes.

Identify and mitigate emerging cybersecurity risks through proactive assessment and continuous monitoring of the threat landscape.

Foster a collaborative team environment by mentoring junior consultants and promoting knowledge sharing across the Tevora practice.

Champion the adoption of innovative security solutions, staying ahead of industry trends and translating them into client value.

Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities, resources, and timelines to meet demanding client deadlines.

Conduct executive-level briefings and workshops, articulating the business case for cybersecurity investments and transformation initiatives.

Evaluate and recommend next-generation security technologies, ensuring solutions address current and future client security challenges.

Requirements

You possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

You hold current industry certifications relevant to cybersecurity and security management, demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence.

You bring a minimum of ten years of progressive experience in cybersecurity consulting or a related advisory role.

You have a proven track record of successfully selling and delivering large, complex security transformation engagements for enterprise clients.

You hold a deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and industry standards that govern enterprise security programs.

You have substantial experience designing and implementing cybersecurity operating models and security operations centers.

You possess extensive knowledge of AI technologies, security automation, and the integration of AI within security operations.

You have a history of managing and leading cross-functional teams, guiding consultants through the delivery of high-stakes projects.

Nice to have

Experience working with AI governance frameworks and risk management strategies is highly valued.

A background in managing client relationships at the executive level with C-suite experience is advantageous.

Knowledge of emerging security platforms and technologies provides an edge in solution design.
