What the role entails

Tevora is currently expanding its internal product engineering group with a developer to support a temporary-to-hire position. In this capacity, you will operate under the guidance of our senior development lead, making direct contributions to Atlas. Atlas is the AI-powered compliance platform that drives our engagement management. Your work will also extend to other internal systems that define our delivery methodology. This role provides a defined trajectory toward permanent employment, contingent upon successful performance and alignment with our team ethos.

Atlas serves as a modern application stack, built with TypeScript and Next.js. It is the central system for managing compliance workflows across multiple regulatory standards. The platform supports role-based access for both internal personnel and external clients. It also powers document generation and incorporates AI-assisted components throughout the engagement lifecycle. This position is ideal for a developer who is fluent in contemporary AI-augmented development practices and wishes to build a production-grade product alongside experienced engineers.

Key responsibilities

You will oversee the complete lifecycle of Atlas features, from initial requirement gathering to final deployment. This involves close collaboration with clients and internal departments to solve security-related challenges. You will translate regulatory language into structured digital processes using advanced tooling.

Your technical work will focus on building modules within the Atlas ecosystem. You will implement role-based logic that serves the specific needs of Tevora's internal staff and external customer environments. You will also manage the orchestration of automated documentation processes, ensuring that client data remains protected and orderly.

Practical development tasks will form a core part of your duties. You will convert project specifications into functional code under the direction of senior staff. You will participate in validation sessions with stakeholders to confirm functionality and usability. You will refine deliverables to ensure they meet rigorous quality standards and are ready for integration with our operational tooling.

You will also be responsible for establishing partner integrations. This ensures that our internal systems align seamlessly with client workflows. Ongoing operational stability is essential, requiring monitoring of deployed features and proactive issue resolution. You will provide support for rapid fixes during active client engagements.

Essential qualifications

A minimum of three years of professional experience as a developer is required. You must demonstrate advanced proficiency in modern development workflows and complex toolchains.

Technical fluency in TypeScript and Next.js is mandatory. You must possess a strong command of version control systems. A deep understanding of compliance frameworks is essential for success in this role.

You must have the ability to design and manage role-based workflows for diverse audiences. This includes both internal teams and external clients. You must also be capable of handling document automation and the underlying data structures that support compliance evidence and reporting.

Comfort with AI-assisted features is required. You should be prepared to use these tools to enhance the quality and speed of delivery.

Additional assets

Prior experience with the implementation details of SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS is valued.

Background contributing to production products through temporary-to-permanent pathways is a strong advantage.
