Requirements

Bring 3 5 years of Frontend development with advanced patterns such as custom hooks, complex state management, performance optimization, and client/server-side separation.

Demonstrate TypeScript expertise, including complex generics, utility types, and strict typing in production applications.

Show strong experience with the modern React ecosystem, including SSR via TanStack Start, NextJS, data fetching, and global state management libraries.

Prove a track record in enterprise UI development by building component libraries, design systems, and adhering to accessibility standards.

Apply performance optimization skills such as memoization strategies, render optimization, and virtualization for large data sets.

Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to execute quickly with minimal guidance in ambiguous situations.

Gain experience working in agile, fast-paced startup teams that value ownership and rapid iteration.

Gain experience with data visualization for charts, graphs, and interactive dashboards to communicate insights effectively.
