What you'll do

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of enterprise implementations, from the initial discovery phase to post-launch support, ensuring a seamless transition for clients.
• Conduct thorough operational audits to identify inefficiencies in workflows and pinpoint opportunities for automation to enhance productivity.
• Utilize the Tennr platform and its APIs to configure tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.
• Collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Product, and Engineering to define the project scope, objectives, and strategic direction.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and internal resources to facilitate knowledge sharing and project continuity.
• Mentor junior team members and actively participate in shaping the product roadmap to align with client needs and market trends.
• Focus on redesigning client processes to improve efficiency, rather than merely digitizing outdated workflows, ensuring that our solutions are future-proof.
• Engage with clients to gather feedback and insights, using this information to refine our offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Analyze data and metrics post-implementation to assess the effectiveness of solutions and recommend further enhancements.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, addressing any technical inquiries and ensuring a high level of service throughout the engagement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to continually improve our solutions and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in solution design or delivering enterprise SaaS solutions, demonstrating a strong track record in the field.
• A degree or minor in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical area, providing a solid foundation for the role.
• Proficient in APIs, systems architecture, and integrations, with a strong understanding of how these elements work together in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to manage intricate technical projects for large-scale enterprise clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Experience in articulating technical concepts to both executive leadership and technical teams, facilitating clear communication across all levels.
• Skilled in navigating complex organizational structures and managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to drive project success.
• Background in the healthcare industry or similarly complex sectors, providing insight into the unique challenges faced by our clients.

• Experience in technical customer success, solution architecture, or consulting, adding depth to your understanding of client needs.
• Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), workflow automation, or integration platforms such as Workato or MuleSoft, enhancing your ability to deliver effective solutions.
• A history of working in startup environments or scaling delivery operations, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to challenges.
