What you'll do
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning within the renewable energy and AI transaction sectors.
Architect and own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for sell-side offerings, aligning product positioning with buyer pain points and business objectives.
Develop and deploy demand generation campaigns that produce measurable pipeline results, utilizing both traditional and digital channels.
Create persuasive narratives and marketing materials, including landing pages, sales decks, and executive communications, to articulate value propositions.
Analyze performance metrics and data to optimize campaigns, refine targeting, and improve conversion rates across all touchpoints.
Organize and oversee events and outreach initiatives designed to engage key stakeholders and build authority in the energy technology space.
Act as a hands-on player-coach by leading a small team, providing guidance, and directly contributing to critical marketing activities.
Establish sales enablement frameworks and assets that empower the commercial team to close deals efficiently and consistently.
Leverage AI-driven work methodologies to automate repetitive tasks, streamline processes, and enhance productivity through intelligent tools.
Build and refine the marketing function from the ground up, creating scalable processes and systems suitable for a scaling organization.
Champion community-driven strategies to foster early adoption and gather qualitative feedback for product iteration.
Ensure compliance and alignment with regulatory considerations specific to energy trading and technology deployment.
Represent the company in external forums and discussions to strengthen brand presence and thought leadership.
Translate complex technical features into clear, accessible language that resonates with both technical and commercial buyers.
Drive initiatives that shorten sales cycles and increase win rates through precise messaging and strategic account planning.
Requirements
Possess proven experience in product marketing, particularly in launching technical products within sectors such as energy, fintech, infrastructure, or B2B platforms.
Demonstrate a history of developing go-to-market strategies and demand generation that results in measurable pipeline creation and achievement of targets.
Think critically and operate effectively as a generalist, capable of crafting narratives, developing landing pages, organizing events, and conducting data analysis independently.
Show comfort in leading a small team while also being hands-on in a player-coach role, balancing strategic oversight with active contribution.
Exhibit familiarity with AI-driven work methodologies, utilizing automation and agents as standard practice to enhance marketing operations.
Hold the ability to work remotely with high discipline, managing time zones and asynchronous communication effectively.

Practical notes
This position is remote.
Benefits include 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays, with flexibility to swap public holidays and an additional day off for your birthday.
A home working budget of up to GBP 1,200 or EUR 1,200 per year is provided for remote setup.
A wellbeing budget of up to GBP 150 or EUR 150 per month is available.
Flexible working hours are encouraged, with defined core hours and no internal meetings scheduled for Friday afternoons.
The interview process generally spans 2 to 3 weeks, including an introductory call, an interview with the hiring manager, a skills assessment with a practical task, and a culture fit interview.
