About the role
tem is transforming the global energy market by building AI-native infrastructure to replace legacy systems with transparent, fair transactions. We are seeking a second Product Manager to join the Rosso team, focusing on complex technical challenges like forecasting, pricing optimization, and portfolio balancing.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Translate customer and business needs into actionable product requirements and shipped features.
- Partner with ML engineers and data scientists to define success criteria for models and forecasts.
- Manage product initiatives from discovery through to release, maintaining a clear roadmap of current and future priorities.
- Address complex system problems, including portfolio management, by deciding whether to build or buy new capabilities.
- Design for operational edge cases in a system that carries live financial risk.
- Analyze data to inform product decisions and evaluate model performance against business goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a technically-minded Product Manager embedded within full-stack teams including ML, data science, and data engineering.
- Track record of owning complex product areas end-to-end and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- High proficiency in using data analysis to validate ideas and track progress.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment with a high degree of personal ownership.
- Strong ability to identify failure points and operational risks in live systems.
- AI-literate with a clear understanding of where AI adds value versus where it introduces risk.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Background in energy, fintech, or domains involving forecasting and two-sided marketplaces.
- Experience with international expansion or third-party access transitions.
- Experience working in regulated industries or with data-heavy products.
