Onboarding Manager
Job description
About the role
You will lead clients through the complete end-to-end onboarding journey from initial sales handoff through configuration, launch, and the critical first 30 days post-go-live. In this capacity, you own the entire lifecycle of client activation, ensuring every customer is set up correctly within the Tapcheck platform and its connected ecosystem. This role blends technical implementation with client advocacy, requiring you to manage your own portfolio of accounts while delivering a consistently flawless experience. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and external vendors such as payroll and timekeeping providers to coordinate accurate configurations and resolve dependencies. Success in this position is defined by precise launch execution, adherence to go-live timelines, and the ability to drive a successful first payroll run for each client. You will also participate in shaping the future of Tapcheck's onboarding systems by building and refining automated, self-service workflows within the OnRamp platform, which demands an understanding of UX logic and conditional process design. This position offers flexibility with remote work options and a hybrid model, with specific in-office requirements for certain locations.
