About the role
You will architect and deploy AI-powered automation that directly enhances BDR, Marketing, Sales, Channel, and Customer Success workflows. You own the design of intelligent systems that convert manual, repetitive tasks into scalable, automated processes that drive measurable efficiency. You will build the data models and logic that surface actionable insights from our revenue data and provide every rep with a quantifiable productivity multiplier. In this role, you report to the VP of Revenue Operations and are responsible for the end-to-end AI and automation roadmap that accelerates deal velocity and improves customer outcomes. You will thrive on applying cutting-edge AI to solve real-world revenue problems within a high-growth fintech environment. This position is open in a remote capacity with the option for hybrid work for those within 30 miles of Plano TX.

What you'll do
- AI-Powered Revenue Automation: Design and deploy intelligent workflows that automate repetitive tasks across the GTM organization, building systems that auto-enrich leads, generate personalized outreach, predict deal outcomes, and flag accounts requiring intervention to turn hours of manual work into automated intelligence.
- BDR & Sales Productivity Tools: Create AI agents that research accounts, synthesize competitive intelligence, and generate talking points before every call, while surfacing deal risks, recommending next steps, and helping reps prioritize their pipeline.
- Marketing & Channel Intelligence: Develop AI-driven attribution insights and campaign optimization, automating lead scoring models, partner routing logic, and channel performance reporting to improve targeting and efficiency.
- Customer Success Automation: Build churn prediction models, expansion opportunity identification, and automated QBR deck generation that pulls real-time account data into polished presentations, extending automation into proactive customer health monitoring and intervention triggers.
- Integration & Systems Architecture: Work hand-in-hand with RevOps and Systems teams to integrate AI capabilities into Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, and our broader tech stack, ensuring solutions are production-ready, scalable, and adopted by end users.
- Rapid Experimentation and Iteration: Implement test frameworks to validate AI effectiveness, using data to refine models and workflows quickly in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Ownership of Production Pipelines: Maintain and enhance reliable, secure, and scalable AI and automation pipelines that support daily revenue operations and long-term strategic initiatives.
- Stakeholder Translation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications that drive clear implementation and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years building AI/ML solutions or intelligent automation in a B2B SaaS, fintech, or revenue operations context, and having shipped production systems that real users rely on daily.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern AI/ML frameworks, with experience using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.), prompt engineering, and building AI agents.
- Automation Tools: Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Clay, n8n, and Zapier, as well as robust data pipeline construction and management.
- Revenue Acumen: A clear understanding of the GTM motion, including how leads flow, deals progress, and customers expand, and the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions that move metrics like conversion rates, deal velocity, and retention.
- Systems & Tools: Deep familiarity with Salesforce and the modern revenue tech stack, including Gong, HubSpot, and Outreach, plus comfort with APIs, webhooks, and building integrations that connect disparate systems.
- Data-Driven Mindset: The ability to baseline processes, track time savings, and make a compelling case for automation ROI through rigorous measurement and analysis.
- Communication & Collaboration: The skill to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, feeling equally comfortable whiteboarding architecture with engineers and demoing solutions to sales leadership.
- Bias for Action: A mindset that thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities, being scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable shipping 80/20 solutions that improve iteratively.

Practical notes
This role offers both a remote and hybrid option. Employees located within 30 miles of Plano TX, are required to be in-office Tuesday through Thursday each week.
