About the role
You will own the end to end sales cycle for enterprise clients within your assigned territory, aligning your activities with the strategic priorities of Tapcheck. You will translate complex on-demand pay solutions into clear business value for decision makers in fast moving sectors such as QSR, retail, and healthcare. You will act as the trusted advisor that partners with stakeholders to uncover pain points and position Tapcheck as the core component of their financial wellness strategy. You will leverage data and insight to tailor your outreach, ensuring every interaction moves the opportunity forward. You will collaborate closely with internal partners to gather feedback and refine messaging so that the value proposition remains sharp and relevant. You will manage multiple opportunities in various stages, maintaining rigorous forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline. You will champion the customer internally, ensuring seamless implementation and satisfaction from first payment to long term renewal.

- Design and manage a strategic account plan that targets high value prospects and drives predictable revenue growth.
- Execute a multi channel outreach campaign that combines email, social, and phone to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Tailor value based presentations that clearly articulate ROI, cost savings, and risk mitigation for on-demand pay adoption.
- Lead complex product demonstrations that address executive level concerns around integration, compliance, and user experience.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment structures to secure agreements that protect margin and meet client expectations.
- Coordinate with marketing to develop battle tested content that reinforces key messages and accelerates the sales cycle.
- Partner with customer success to ensure smooth onboarding, high adoption, and proactive identification of expansion opportunities.
- Analyze pipeline metrics, forecast revenue, and adjust activities to consistently exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
- Represent Tapcheck at industry relevant events and virtual forums that position the brand as a thought leader in financial wellness.
- Document every interaction in the CRM to maintain visibility and enable seamless handoffs across the revenue team.
- Track competitor activity and share insights that inform positioning and differentiation strategies.
- Collaborate with product leadership to relay customer feedback that influences roadmap priorities and feature enhancements.
- Mentor junior sellers through role plays, playbooks, and feedback that elevates the overall performance of the sales team.
- Balance a portfolio of new prospecting and existing account growth to sustain long term career momentum.
- Apply consultative selling techniques to uncover hidden needs and align solutions with client strategic objectives.
- Maintain a disciplined follow up rhythm that keeps deals moving and reduces reliance on chance encounters.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the technology industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas across multiple quarters.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Highly self motivated with a documented history of goal orientation and relentless pursuit of results.
- Proven experience building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers and economic buyers.
- Hands on experience using CRM software and sales productivity tools to manage complex pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for employment based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Practical notes
This role operates in a remote first environment with the option for hybrid collaboration. Team members whose primary location is within 30 miles of Plano Texas are expected to work from the office Tuesday through Thursday. Individuals located further than 30 miles may be considered for a fully remote arrangement based on experience and evolving business requirements. Candidates must be able to legally work in the United States without requiring employer sponsored work visas at this time.
