Your responsibilities will include ensuring seamless operations through effective configuration, billing processes, integrations, and ongoing support. What you'll do
- Oversee the operational management of your designated partner portfolio, which includes setting up systems, facilitating data exchanges, handling invoicing, and generating reports.
- Lead the onboarding process for new partners while ensuring the smooth operational management of existing partnerships, coordinating with internal teams to adhere to established timelines.
- Address and resolve partner-related issues by working closely with sales, product development, client services, data operations, and customer success teams.
- Prepare and conduct business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Serve as the main operational contact for partners and their customers on a daily basis, ensuring effective communication and support.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that partner relationships are functioning optimally and proactively identify potential risks or challenges.
- Analyze operational data and metrics to drive improvements and enhance partner satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to partner operations, ensuring that all processes are transparent and easily accessible.
- Foster strong relationships with partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and implement best practices across partner operations.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep the partner operations strategy aligned with market demands.
- Actively participate in cross-functional meetings to represent partner operations and advocate for partner needs and priorities.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex operational processes for external partners or clients, including but not limited to billing, system integrations, and data management.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations involving various internal and external stakeholders, making informed decisions without needing explicit guidance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and effective communication.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and take initiative independently.
- Proven track record of establishing trust and rapport with external partners or clients, emphasizing relationship-building beyond internal interactions.
- Consistent experience in managing external-facing relationships, such as clients, partners, or vendors, as a primary responsibility rather than a secondary task.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in health plans, digital health organizations, or the broader partner/benefits landscape.
- Understanding of channel or partner operational frameworks, including implementation processes, contract transitions, and ongoing account management.
- Familiarity with billing processes, data integration, or technical operations in a client or partner-facing role.

- The compensation package includes a base salary, variable pay, and equity options. The stated salary range serves as a starting point and will be adjusted based on individual performance and contributions. Actual compensation will take into account skills, qualifications, experience, location, market demand, and other relevant factors.
