Deal Operations
Job description
Deal Operations at Sword Health.
About the role
You will own the end-to-end commercial lifecycle of complex deals from initial proposal to fully executed contract, acting as the central coordination point for all deal activities. You will partner directly with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Security to develop, structure, and negotiate winning proposals that align with both customer needs and company guardrails. Your work will focus on accelerating deal velocity while simultaneously enforcing control, protecting margin, and maximizing value across every agreement. You will be responsible for embedding approved deal structures into Salesforce, improving quote configurations, and building the operational infrastructure that supports enterprise deal volume. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about building scalable processes. You will have direct line of impact on revenue velocity, contract quality, and cross-functional trust through transparent communication and rigorous execution. Over time, you will identify inefficiencies in current workflows and drive measurable improvements to how deals move through the organization. This is a process leadership role with real authority over how deals progress and a responsibility to ensure compliance without sacrificing speed.
