Rev Ops Analyst
Job description
Rev Ops Analyst Opportunity at Yooz Position Overview Switchboard is placing a Rev Ops Analyst for Yooz, an individual contributor role centered on a single mission. The mission is to make Yooz's go-to-market data visible, reliable, and actionable. The analyst will report directly to the VP of Rev Ops. In this capacity, the individual will own the reporting and dashboard infrastructure that leadership depends on for critical decisions. The role is suited for a self-starter who loves numbers, visualizing data, and translating numbers into clear narratives for sales and business leadership. About Yooz Yooz is redefining Lean Financial Operations automation. They are a global leader in cloud-based AP and purchase-to-pay automation. The company serves over 600,000 users across 50+ countries, helping them eliminate waste, accelerate growth, and defeat fraud with industry-leading native AI. Yooz is Great Place To Work Certified and puts people first with a culture built on integrity, excellence, and obsessive customer focus. Responsibilities Reporting & Dashboard Ownership The analyst will build, own, and continuously improve the GTM reporting suite. This suite covers pipeline coverage, velocity, conversion rates, lead volume, source attribution, and rep performance. They will design and maintain executive-level dashboards for weekly and monthly business reviews, QBRs, and forecast calls. Surfacing insights from sales conversations and activity data and connecting them to pipeline and revenue outcomes is a core duty. The analyst will standardize metric definitions and calculation logic across all reports, ensuring clear documentation for reproducibility. They will partner with the VP of Rev Ops to proactively build views that help Sales, SDR, and CS leadership manage their teams, not just pull data on request. Identifying gaps in existing reporting and driving new dashboard build-out as the business scales is also expected. Data Hygiene Owning the hygiene of pipeline and lead data across the GTM systems of record is a key responsibility. The analyst will build and monitor hygiene checks that surface stale opportunities, missing required fields, duplicate records, and stage-skipping anomalies. They will establish and maintain data standards and validation practices, working with system owners and team leads to enforce them. Conducting regular data audits ahead of forecast calls, QBRs, and board reporting cycles is required. Identifying upstream data quality issues and partnering with the relevant owners to resolve them at the source completes this duty. Documentation & Enablement Creating and maintaining clear documentation for reports and dashboards is essential. This includes documenting what each view shows, how metrics are defined, and how to interpret them. The analyst will build simple user guides and quick-reference materials that reduce reliance on one-off data pulls. They will support new hire onboarding on relevant reporting tools and dashboards. Gathering user feedback and iterating on documentation and dashboard design is also part of the role. Requirements The candidate must bring 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, FP&A/financial analysis, quota-carrying sales, or a related analytical or GTM role. Advanced Excel skillset is required, including comfort with building pivot tables and running regression analysis, not just basic spreadsheet proficiency. Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or a similar data visualization tool is preferred. The ability to design reporting that is clean, intuitive, and purpose-built for its audience is necessary. Comfort with translating data into clear business narratives is required. The candidate must be organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple reporting priorities in a fast-moving environment. Strong communication skills, including comfort presenting to Sales Managers and senior leadership, are required. Direct experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot is preferred. Details Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, 401(k) match, generous PTO, and remote flexibility. The location is remote if outside the Dallas metro area. A hybrid schedule (3 days a week) within the Dallas metro is required. US work authorization is required. Sponsorship is not available.
