You will design and present tailored proposals that highlight our motion control and vision systems, directly addressing specific manufacturing challenges faced by clients. A crucial part of your role is coordinating closely with our engineering teams. You will be responsible for managing existing client portfolios with the goal of increasing recurring orders and securing long-term satisfaction. This includes mapping key decision makers within water processing facilities to shorten sales cycles and improve conversion rates. For food and beverage facilities, you will approach prospects with hygiene-focused automation concepts that meet the industry's strict standards. When serving medical and life science customers, you will structure quotes that carefully balance margin goals with competitive positioning in the market. A significant part of your demonstration efforts will involve presenting remote and on-site presentations that clearly articulate the return on investment for automation upgrades.

This role requires travel throughout Arizona and neighboring states for the purpose of client visits and attendance at trade shows. Exceptional communication skills in English are mandatory for conducting technical discussions and negotiating contracts.
