About the role
The is a hands-on role with high ownership across multiple channels and cross-functional workflows. You will write copy, run campaigns, manage channels, and measure results on a constant loop of testing and refinement. The position blends creativity with data as you build weekly content calendars, track performance, and iterate quickly to amplify what resonates with internet culture. You will monitor trends, memes, and conversation pace to ensure content feels timely while coordinating team-wide posts for consistent messaging. A core part of this job is conceptualizing, scripting, shooting, and editing videos for both short and long-form formats, including behind-the-scenes footage from demos, team work, and robot operations. You will craft sharp, punchy captions that demystify robotics while remaining fun, approachable, and hype worthy, and you will maintain website content and media assets to keep digital systems current. Asset organization and CMS upkeep will be supported by you to ensure the digital stack remains organized, searchable, and aligned with fast-moving business needs.
What you'll do
Develop and execute social content calendars end-to-end, owning writing, timing, and voice across platforms to align with business objectives.
Monitor internet culture in real time to identify trends, memes, formats, and conversation pace that can be leveraged for timely and relevant storytelling.
Track performance data for every campaign, then iterate quickly to refine creative, targeting, and messaging based on what drives results.
Coordinate team-wide social posts to ensure concerted timing, consistent messaging, and alignment with product launches and major initiatives.
Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit videos for short- and long-form formats, adapting narrative and pacing for each channel.
Capture behind-the-scenes footage during demos, team work sessions, and robot operations to humanize the brand and showcase authentic moments.
Write copy for social posts, micro stories, and captions that are sharp, punchy, and engaging while matching the pacing, tone, and narrative hooks expected in social media.
Build content that demystifies robotics and hard tech, translating technical details into everyday benefits that feel fun, approachable, and hype worthy.
Maintain website content and media assets, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency with the latest product and campaign information.
Support asset organization and CMS upkeep to keep digital systems current, well structured, and easy for stakeholders to use.
Track competitive landscape by studying strategies from adjacent companies and integrating insights into social planning and experimentation.
Plan and optimize campaigns using analytics, translating findings into actionable recommendations that improve performance over time.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and legal teams to ensure all content meets guidelines, launches on schedule, and supports company goals.
Champion experimentation by running weekly tests, documenting learnings, and keeping the tactics that prove effective in driving engagement and demand.
Represent Sunday in online communities and forums, building credibility and trust while adhering to brand standards and legal requirements.
Requirements
Bring 3 to 6 or more years of experience in social, content, or creative roles, ideally within a startup or fast-moving tech environment.
Show familiarity with X, TikTok, and Instagram as core platforms that you use daily for strategy, execution, and optimization.
Demonstrate shooting and editing skills using Premiere, CapCut, or FCP as a necessity for producing and refining video content.
Prove copywriting abilities that allow you to deliver sharp, punchy text that matches the pacing, tone, and narrative hooks expected in social media.
Display capacity to juggle multiple channels and content threads simultaneously to meet the demands of a fast-paced, iterative workflow.

Hold a Bachelor's degree as a required qualification for this position.
Have at least 6 years of cumulative experience in social, content, or creative roles, demonstrating depth in strategy and execution.
Show consistent evidence of building and scaling social presence on platforms such as X, TikTok, and Instagram over time.
Exhibit strong written communication skills with a portfolio that includes examples of sharp, punchy copy for high-attention environments.
