What you'll do
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, which includes managing processes for onboarding new hires, offboarding departing employees, and facilitating internal status changes.

- Ensure the integrity of HRIS data and maintain reporting accuracy while introducing automation to streamline manual processes.

- Proficient in writing clear, concise documentation and developing internal policies that are easily understood by all employees.
