About the role
The Green Angel team provides direct support to clients at their own business locations. You will act as a field representative, assisting users with the setup and operation of our payment solutions while managing inventory and equipment logistics at your assigned hub. In this function, you will serve as the primary contact for partners during on-site visits, ensuring that our solutions are implemented correctly and that daily operations run smoothly. You will handle the complete logistics of inventory, from receiving assets to executing reverse flows when necessary, always maintaining the highest standards of organization. The role requires strict adherence to traffic regulations and internal safety protocols to guarantee the integrity of both people and equipment. You will be responsible for performing periodic stock counts and maintaining accurate records to support decision-making in the operational area. This position demands a proactive attitude, as you will be expected to anticipate needs and resolve unforeseen issues at the client's location. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of the partner's business and the reliability of our service in the region.

What you'll do
- Execute scheduled on-site visits to assist clients in the initialization and active use of our payment products and services.
- Manage the operational flow of the local hub, overseeing the receiving process of assets and coordinating reverse logistics activities.
- Perform systematic sorting and organization of equipment, ensuring that all items are stored and handled according to established procedures.
- Conduct periodic physical inventory counts to verify the accuracy of records and the actual existence of stock.
- Implement rigorous control of product expiration dates and traceability, guaranteeing the quality and safety of the handled items.
- Monitor stock levels in real time, identifying possible shortages or excesses and proposing corrective actions to optimize availability.
- Provide specialized support to end-users, guiding them through the setup and troubleshooting of devices at their business locations.
- Ensure strict compliance with traffic laws and all safety protocols during transportation and field operations.
- Document all activities performed at the client site, generating clear and accurate records for internal auditing purposes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational incidents and improve the efficiency of logistics processes.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the equipment and vehicles assigned to your area of responsibility.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the operational area by suggesting practical and scalable process enhancements.
Requirements
- Hold a valid CNH A or AB license that has been active for a minimum of two years.
- Maintain fewer than 10 active points on your driver license record within the last 12 months.
- Possess a completed high school education or equivalent certification.
- Be legally authorized to work in Brazil and present the necessary documentation for CLT employment.
- Have full availability to work on the schedule of 44 hours per week from Monday to Saturday.
- Be required to reside in the city of Manaus, Amazonas, due to the immediate nature of the position.
- Demonstrate physical and mental fitness to perform activities that may involve carrying loads and operating vehicles.
- Comply with all internal policies, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations established by the company.
- Have access to a personal vehicle that meets the requirements for the role to perform field visits.
- Be willing to undergo background and reference checks as part of the selection process.
- Show commitment to the role by being punctual and reliable in the execution of all assigned tasks.
Nice to have
- Hold a degree or be currently enrolled in a technical or higher education course in Logistics, Administration, or related Applied Social Sciences.
- Bring prior professional experience in customer service roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Have previous experience in logistics operations, warehouse management, or distribution centers.
- Possess intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and data organization.
- Have familiarity with the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Show strong organizational skills with a proven track record of accuracy in inventory control.
- Communicate effectively in Portuguese, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear understanding with clients and team members.
- Be proficient in utilizing mobile applications and digital tools to record information in real time.
- Have a valid driver's license category other than A, preferably category B, to drive light commercial vehicles.
Practical notes
- The engagement is a full-time position under the CLT regime, operating on a 6x1 schedule with 44 hours per week.
- Compensation is composed of a fixed salary plus variable pay, which may include PLR, ILP, or commissions based on individual and team performance.
- The position is fully on-site, requiring the professional to be physically present at the workplace in Manaus, Amazonas.
