What you'll do
Conduct external customer service in the field, visiting points of sale to support the initial activation and use of products contracted with Stone.
Manage the logistics of the assigned area, including asset receipt, reverse logistics, stock control, and periodic inventory of equipment.
Perform organization and arrangement of the stock in the storage area, ensuring traceability and physical consistency of the assets.
Carry out triage of devices and accessories, identifying conditions, deficiencies, and necessary actions for corrective or preventive measures.
Execute controlled movements of merchandise, applying good handling practices to preserve the quality and integrity of the assets.
Monitor the operational performance of the assigned polo, generating reports that support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with internal teams to align workflows, ensuring that logistics and support processes meet established standards and delivery deadlines.
Act as a problem solver in the field, quickly identifying obstacles and proposing practical solutions that keep service levels high.
Maintain updated records of activities performed, using tools that support traceability and the accuracy of the information collected.
Promote the culture of safety and proper use of equipment, reinforcing procedures that protect colleagues, customers, and assets.
Contribute with insights based on direct contact with the reality of the points of sale, feeding strategic discussions about service and product improvement.
Act as a bridge between the customer and the company, ensuring that expectations are managed and results are aligned with the business objectives.
Requirements
Hold a valid CNH A or AB (Moto) for at least 2 years, with no more than 10 active points in the last 12 months.
Possess a completed High School education or equivalent certification.
Be able to work under a CLT regime, committing to a minimum of 44 hours per week, including at least 1 hour of daily rest.
Be available to work shifts that include Monday through Saturday, in accordance with the operational needs of the assigned polo.
Have the ability to perform external activities, traveling within the coverage region to support customers and logistics operations.
Demonstrate capacity for responsibility and autonomy in managing tasks related to stock control, logistics, and customer service.
Show effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and internal teams.
Maintain a professional appearance and conduct that represents the values and standards of Stone in all customer interactions.
Nice to have
Completed or currently pursuing a degree in Technical Administration, Logistics, Administration, or related Social Sciences.
Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in fast-paced or field-based environments.
Prior experience in logistics operations, including stock management and control of goods movement.
Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel, with ability to handle spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
Practical notes
The role operates under a CLT contract with a weekly commitment of 44 hours, including a minimum daily break of 1 hour.
The schedule includes work from Monday to Saturday, subject to the operational demands of the assigned location.
This position may require regional travel to cover the assigned area and ensure consistent service across all points of sale.
Candidates must meet all requirements related to CNH classification and point limits as mandatory eligibility criteria.
