You are the visible face of Stone in the daily relationship with our entrepreneurs, acting directly in the point of sale to ensure the correct operation of the products and the success of the customer. You own the responsibility of delivering an excellent experience, from the first contact to the resolution of doubts, always with safety and agility. You are the executor of logistical tasks that keep the operation running, managing inventories and the condition of the equipment with accuracy. You are the proactive guardian of the entrepreneur's trust, translating the disruptive culture of Stone into concrete actions at the customer's location. Key facts
What you'll do
- Execute the full installation and configuration of payment terminals at the entrepreneur's point of sale, ensuring operational readiness.
- Perform systematic diagnosis of equipment and connectivity, identifying issues and applying effective technical solutions quickly.
- Manage the logistics flow of devices, including receipt, storage, and controlled delivery to the entrepreneur's location.
- Conduct periodic physical inventory and cycle counts, ensuring accuracy between records and physical equipment.
- Organize and maintain the storage area, applying principles of order, cleanliness, and safety at all times.
- Record all procedures and results in the internal systems, ensuring traceability and data integrity for future analysis.
- Support the entrepreneur in the activation and first use of the product, clarifying doubts and enabling confident usage.
- Coordinate reverse logistics activities, handling returns, repairs, and exchanges according to established procedures.
- Monitor the status of pending cases and follow up with internal teams to guarantee timely resolution for the client.
- Collaborate with other teams to share information that contributes to the improvement of products and services.
- Perform documentation of the visited location, capturing relevant information for audits and internal quality controls.
- Apply quality standards in every interaction, ensuring compliance with procedures and satisfaction of the internal and external client.
- Support the implementation of new initiatives in the area of logistics and customer service, contributing with suggestions and best practices.
- Act as a problem solver, making quick decisions within established guidelines to avoid interruption in the customer's business.
Requirements
- Hold a valid CNH B or AB (Carro) license that has been active for at least 2 years.
- Maintain fewer than 10 active points on your CNHR in the last 12 months to ensure safe driving practices.
- Possess a completed High School education or equivalent certification.
- Demonstrate availability to work within the schedule established for the region.
- Be willing to travel within the coverage region to serve customers efficiently.
- Comply with all safety and traffic regulations during the execution of logistical activities.
- Maintain a professional posture and communication standard aligned with the company's values.
- Be adaptable to changes in routines and open to continuous learning of new processes and technologies.
Nice to have
- Have completed or be currently enrolled in a Technical or Higher Education course in Social Sciences, Applied Logistics, Administration, or related fields.
- Bring prior experience in customer service, demonstrating capacity for attention and conflict resolution.
- Bring prior experience in Logistics, showing familiarity with the movement and custody of goods.
- Demonstrate intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel, using features to organize and report information.
Practical notes
- Schedule: CLT: 44 hours per week with, at minimum, 1 hour of daily interval | Shift: 6x1 (Monday to Saturday).
- This role may involve travel to different regions within the coverage area.
- Visa requirements and deadlines will be handled according to local legislation and company policy.
- Hours are subject to adjustment based on operational needs and business demands.
