About the role
You will design, code, and maintain integrations that link internal systems with external services to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency. The role requires close collaboration with IT, Finance, HR, and Operations to translate business requirements into robust automation workflows. You will leverage integration platforms such as Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Make to construct solutions that are reliable, testable, and maintainable. The position utilizes REST and SOAP standards to build integrations that are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture. You will own the full lifecycle of integration projects from design through deployment and ongoing optimization. The position is based in Canada and operates on a full-time basis with standard working hours. The compensation package offers a base salary range of 96,000 to 130,000 CAD annually based on experience and qualifications.

What you'll do
- Analyze business requirements from various departments and convert them into technical integration specifications.
- Design and develop integrations using REST and SOAP protocols to connect internal systems with third-party services.
- Orchestrate automated workflows across enterprise applications using integration platforms like Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Make.
- Examine pull requests from peers to verify correctness, clarity, and long-term maintainability of integration code.
- Monitor production environments during on-call shifts to ensure integration health, improve logging, and resolve root causes of issues.
- Accelerate contribution during the initial period by learning the team's integration ecosystem, standards, and best practices.
- Take ownership of at least one active integration project after the first two months of employment.
- Independently deliver a complete integration or automation enhancement within your first six months of joining.
- Contribute to on-call activities to help reduce the time required to resolve integration incidents across the enterprise.
- Improve documentation for at least one owned system or workflow within your first half-year to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.
- Build solutions that are robust, testable, and maintainable throughout their lifecycle.
- Apply integration practices involving REST, SOAP, and related API standards to ensure interoperability.
- Work with ERP integrations and finance systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday to bridge vendor offerings with internal operations.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
Requirements
- Bring proficiency in at least one software language such as Python, Java, Go, or Node.js for developing integration solutions.
- Have hands-on experience building automation and integration solutions using these technologies in production environments.
- Possess background working with iPaaS platforms like Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Make to implement integration workflows.
- Understand integration practices involving REST, SOAP, and related API standards for connecting distributed systems.
- Have experience with ERP integrations or finance systems including NetSuite, SAP, or Workday to support enterprise operations.
- Demonstrate ability to bridge the gap between vendor offerings and internal business operations through technical solutions.
- Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments.
- Convert complex business requirements into clear technical specifications that guide development and implementation.
- Possess a track record of estimating and delivering development work within agreed timelines and scope.
- Familiarity with cloud compute infrastructure is essential for deploying and managing integration environments.

- Experience with probabilistic modeling, causal inference, and simulation to support media planning and measurement.
- Background working with advertising data and activation workflows in digital marketing environments.
- Knowledge of StackAdapt's systems for connecting advertising data with activation workflows.
- Experience applying machine learning techniques to media datasets, production pipelines, and experimentation frameworks.
- Understanding of recommendation, forecasting, and uplift modeling in the context of media performance optimization.
