We are currently seeking a talented 3D Marketing Animator to join this journey. In this position, you will be responsible for producing both realistic and highly stylized animations that are essential for developing current visual elements for our games. Your work will directly contribute to dreaming up new ideas and concepts that have the potential to reach audiences across the globe. As a 3D Marketing Animator, you will serve as the primary creative force behind our products, actively participating in design execution from the initial concept all the way to final completion. Your Daily Contributions

You will own the visual language for our mobile game franchises, transforming static concepts into compelling motion graphics. A significant part of your day will involve crafting realistic scenes and stylized movements designed to spark curiosity and interest on a global scale. You will join a focused team dedicated to building long-term projects that will ultimately define our next generation identity.

Your specific duties will include designing motion narratives that effectively introduce our products to international audiences. You will construct stylized 3D sequences that strictly adhere to brand guidelines while operating under tight production timelines. A critical part of your role involves establishing shot libraries that standardize effects, ensuring a consistent marketing approach across all regions. You will also be responsible for preparing presentation materials that clearly communicate creative intent to cross-functional stakeholders. Coordination with engineering pipelines will be essential to guarantee that delivered assets function correctly within our applications. Forecasting resource needs for each campaign will fall under your responsibility, ensuring production schedules remain realistic and achievable. Evaluating competitor visuals will help you identify distinctive approaches that allow our trailers to stand out from the crowd. Finally, you will guide junior collaborators through reviews, maintaining the highest levels of animation quality throughout all production cycles.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess three to five years of professional experience in 3D marketing animation or related fields. You must demonstrate proficiency with the specific software tools referenced in our official system documentation. A commitment to a location-based schedule in Istanbul while effectively collaborating with distributed teams is required. You must also follow technical constraints diligently to ensure that all exported files meet platform performance specifications.
