In this role, you will own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of Retail customers, driving activation, retention, and growth while acting as the primary liaison between the customer and SpaceX internal teams. You will translate customer needs into actionable plans, manage complex order and fulfillment processes, and use data to identify opportunities for expansion. Success in this position requires extreme ownership of outcomes, relentless problem-solving, and the ability to build trusted relationships at scale. You will play a critical part in ensuring that enterprise and retail customers experience seamless, high-quality service from contract signing through long-term utilization.

What you'll do
Drive a one-to-many strategy for a portfolio of Retail customers, owning the interface from contract signature through onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention and growth of revenue.
Deliver impeccable customer service at scale to Retail customers and distributors, ensuring satisfaction is maintained even as account complexity increases.
Develop engagement strategies and content for Retail organizations that enable continuous growth, self-service, and deep product adoption.
Collaborate closely with distributors, retailers, production planning, sales, and logistics to create and manage orders, delivery timelines, invoices, e-invoices, payments, and credits.
Build strong relationships to identify requirements and proactively manage expectations with enterprise and retail stakeholders.
Collect, communicate, and champion customer feedback internally to influence programmatic and technical development needed to maintain and grow the Retail business.
Retain and grow the value of Retail accounts by maximizing both hardware and service revenue through thoughtful expansion initiatives.
Maintain a culture of extreme ownership to drive continuous process efficiency, streamline workflows, and remove blockers that slow execution.
Identify top growing accounts by region and develop tailored growth strategies by understanding how customers are using Starlink to deliver business solutions.
Act as an extreme owner of Retail accounts to realize forecasted revenue on or ahead of schedule, clearly communicating readiness levels, requirements, schedules, and risks.
Identify opportunities and lead the implementation of process and system enhancements that improve handoffs, elevate the customer experience, and scale the business while balancing resources and headcount.
Partner with sales and logistics teams to forecast demand, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of hardware and services to meet customer commitments.
Leverage data analysis to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and recommend actions that improve customer health, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
Represent the Voice of the Customer across cross-functional forums, aligning engineering, operations, and product teams on priorities that enhance reliability and adoption.
Requirements
Must hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; OR a high school diploma or equivalency certificate combined with 5+ years of professional experience.
Bring 1+ years of SQL or data analysis experience to support insight generation and decision-making.
Possess 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating comfort with enterprise interactions and consultative conversations.
Demonstrate the ability to conduct in-depth analyses through SQL queries and other data analysis methods to solve problems and identify growth opportunities.
Show significant knowledge or experience in at least one of the following industries: Retail, Reseller, Maritime, Aviation, Mobile Backhaul, or Satellite Communications.
Have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results under tight time and resource constraints.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving and sleuthing skills, going beyond surface-level information to uncover root causes and hidden opportunities.
Maintain significant technical knowledge of Starlink or telecommunications in at least one key area such as satellites, ground network, user terminals, or related systems.
Demonstrate the ability to translate customer feedback into actionable, smart improvements that measurably impact satisfaction and growth.
Show excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft and present professional presentations to diverse audiences.
Display strong empathy, active listening, and resiliency when working in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Be capable of reading and interpreting contract documents to discern requirements, deliverables, and compliance obligations.
Be available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed to support critical milestones or operational shifts.
