We expect high performers to expand their scope across the program's most critical bottlenecks.&nbsp; RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp; <ul> <li>Own global S&amp;OP (sales &amp; operations planning) for Starlink Aviation to convert hardware into active, happy, paying customers&nbsp;</li> <li>Analyze key performance indicators, especially active subscribers,&nbsp;network&nbsp;utilization,&nbsp;produce-to-activate latency, inventory turnover, and hardware unit economics&nbsp;(CAC, payback period);&nbsp;includes developing complex S&amp;OP models and decision-making tools&nbsp;</li> <li>Translate analysis into strategic insights and&nbsp;hardware mix strategy&nbsp;to accelerate hardware adoption, maximize lifetime value, and minimize working capital&nbsp;</li> <li>Orchestrate global supply allocation and demand forecasting by synthesizing complex demand signals against dynamic capacity constraints, working directly with engineering&nbsp;</li> <li>Drive resource planning for specific verticals, including the execution of critical hardware ramp and sunset plans in close collaboration with hardware &amp; manufacturing engineering&nbsp;</li> <li>Enable and accelerate go-to-market execution for products post-licensing and certification to ensure zero-latency deployment&nbsp;</li> <li>Identify&nbsp;initiatives for improvement of Starlink's operational trajectory, including developing, tracking, and executing business initiatives with SpaceX's leadership&nbsp;</li> </ul> BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:<span data-ccp-props="{&quot;134233279&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:2
