This position requires a strategic thinker capable of transforming complex data into actionable plans that drive customer acquisition and retention.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration on new product roadmaps and launch planning with teams spanning Product Engineering, Software Engineering, Global Operations, Supply Chain, and S&OP. A core part of this role involves continuously improving forecasting, reporting, and planning processes to support faster, better-informed decisions. You will analyze the financial impact of growth experiments and forecast opportunities to guide the prioritization of business and engineering initiatives.
Further responsibilities include assessing consumer insights and analytics to identify winning and losing demand generation approaches. You will lead the development and execution of strategic growth programs, such as campaigns and new channels, to maximize customer acquisition. Partnering with global operations, you will refine forecasts, manage inventory, and improve service reliability. You will translate analytics into concrete actions that improve acquisition, activation, and retention for the service. Finally, you will own the end-to-end review of key metrics and adjust plans as market conditions evolve, communicating insights and recommendations clearly to diverse stakeholders across the business.

What you'll do
Based in Starbase, Texas, a company pursues work in spaceflight, telecom, and artificial intelligence. A unit handles rocket launches, leading yearly orbital counts beyond other national and commercial teams. Another unit runs Starlink, a satellite communications firm. A third area, through SpaceXAI, advances Grok and AI integration with X, while managing data center operations. Roles often cross these paths. Candidates with engineering, software, or operations backgrounds may find chances to join projects that span launch, connectivity, and machine learning efforts in this Texas-based enterprise.
