Job description
About the role
Join the Movement at SOLFL
SOLFL is actively seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about transforming education. We invite you to apply if you are driven to help shape the next generation of entrepreneurial, disciplined, and purpose-driven leaders. We believe education should prepare young people not just for tests, but to build, lead, create, and take responsibility for the world they inherit. If you feel called to contribute to an education rooted in real-world impact, we want to connect with you.
Our organization is a new movement in conscious education dedicated to cultivating intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence. Our first school, SOLFL עץ חיים, is a K-12 Miami Torah Earth School. It offers a rigorous, multi-disciplinary curriculum that integrates hands-on, experiential learning with entrepreneurship, ecology, creative expressions, and spiritual practice. The core mission is to move children away from traditional classrooms, desks, and screens, and into the real world. This is an irl (in real life) school designed to cultivate the impact entrepreneurs of the future.
Why SOLFL?
By joining SOLFL, you become part of a pioneering educational initiative. We are building a learning environment where consciousness and action intersect. You will contribute to a curriculum that values creation as much as comprehension. The school is committed to fostering leaders who understand ecology, embrace creativity, and build with spiritual awareness. Your role will be foundational in establishing a culture of responsibility and innovation.
