Socure is seeking a Program Lead, Strategic Executive Engagement to oversee and further develop the Executive Bridge program, a high-visibility initiative designed to foster strategic relationships between Socure's leadership, key customers, and internal teams. What you'll do
- Take ownership of the Executive Bridge program, ensuring that executive engagement activities are aligned with Socure's strategic priorities, customer success initiatives, and overall business growth objectives.
- Identify, prioritize, and coordinate high-impact engagement opportunities with key customers and internal stakeholders, working collaboratively across departments such as sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams.
- Serve as the central point of contact for all executive engagement activities, driving alignment among senior leadership, internal teams, and external partners to ensure follow-through and accountability.
- Prepare executives for customer meetings, strategic discussions, and events by developing briefing materials, talking points, and communication strategies that enable effective and impactful engagement.
- Build and refine processes using AI, automation, and data-driven insights to improve visibility into program activities, streamline workflows, and scale engagement efforts efficiently.
- Track and analyze outcomes of engagement activities, providing regular reports and insights to leadership, and implementing continuous improvements based on feedback and results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, repeatable processes that support the growth of the program and enhance its strategic value.
- Facilitate effective communication and follow-up among involved parties, ensuring that commitments are met and relationships are strengthened over time.
- Support executive decision-making by providing data-driven insights, reports, and recommendations that inform strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Ensure that all activities within the program are aligned with Socure's broader strategic goals and company culture, maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and internal teams, fostering a culture of strategic collaboration and mutual success.
- Assist in developing new engagement strategies and initiatives that enhance Socure's reputation and influence within the industry.
- Work closely with marketing and communications teams to craft messaging and outreach strategies that support engagement efforts.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver measurable results.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies such as AI and automation that can be leveraged to enhance program effectiveness.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic counsel and insights on executive engagement best practices.
- Represent Socure at industry events and meetings as needed, promoting the company's strategic initiatives and strengthening relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in strategic programs, executive operations, business operations, consulting, or related roles.
- Proven track record of partnering with senior and executive leadership in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting executive outreach, briefings, and stakeholder updates that drive action.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and foster alignment without direct authority.
- Familiarity with go-to-market teams such as Commercial, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, or Partnerships.
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, or productivity tools to improve operational efficiency and program scalability.
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling high-visibility and sensitive situations.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of the identity verification or fraud prevention industry is a plus but not required.
