L&D Program Manager
Job description
About the role
You are tasked with conceiving and launching the foundational structures of Socure's learning and development ecosystem from the ground up. This position requires you to architect five distinct yet interdependent pillars that define how the company grows its people. You will design systems for capability at scale, career mobility, and leadership rather than simply managing existing frameworks. A core part of your responsibility involves embedding emerging technologies, particularly AI, into the fabric of learning experiences and impact measurement. You must translate complex theories of learning and leadership into practical, scalable programs that demonstrably close skill gaps. Success in this role is defined by your ability to combine rigorous program management with deep instructional design expertise. You will own end-to-end ownership of critical programs, ensuring they evolve as the business scales. Your work will directly influence how quickly new hires become fully productive and how existing employees advance. You are expected to act as an owner who thinks strategically about talent infrastructure. If you are driven by building systems that compound value over time, this is the role for you.

Requirements
You must possess 5 to 8 years or more of experience in Learning & Development or Talent/Organizational Development with a proven record of building programs from the ground up rather than only managing inherited initiatives.
You demonstrate real mastery of instructional design principles and learning and leadership theory, with the ability to convert these concepts into programs that measurably move business outcomes.
You exhibit exceptional program management instincts, capable of driving multiple 0-to-1 and 1-to-2 builds simultaneously while effectively managing stakeholders, vendors, and budgets.
