About the role
You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of positions across our Manila operations, acting as the primary point of contact for both hiring managers and candidates. You will develop and maintain a robust understanding of the Philippine creative and technical talent landscape to anticipate future hiring needs. This role requires you to build scalable and efficient sourcing strategies that deliver a consistent flow of high-caliber candidates. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to decode hiring challenges and define the ideal profiles for success. Your expertise will be critical in driving employer branding initiatives that resonate with top local talent. You will leverage data and feedback to continuously refine the candidate experience and improve key hiring metrics. This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our recruitment processes as we scale globally. What you'll do
Partner with hiring managers to conduct in-depth analysis of role requirements and success metrics for positions across the business.
Build and execute proactive sourcing campaigns to identify passive candidates across diverse channels, including but not limited to social platforms and niche communities.
Design and implement structured interview frameworks and evaluation criteria to ensure objective and consistent assessment of all candidates.
Manage the full candidate journey from initial contact through negotiation, ensuring a high-touch experience that reflects Snappr's brand values.
Leverage data analytics to track sourcing effectiveness, identify bottlenecks, and optimize recruitment strategies for better outcomes.
Collaborate with global and local teams to standardize best practices and adapt recruitment strategies to the specific dynamics of the Manila market.
Conduct market research to benchmark compensation, benefits, and talent trends to maintain a competitive edge in attracting top professionals.
Own the administration of the applicant tracking system to ensure data accuracy, process visibility, and seamless handoffs between stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a diverse network of partners, including educational institutions, agencies, and industry groups, to support long-term talent acquisition goals.
Champion Snappr's culture and values throughout the recruitment process to ensure alignment with our commitment to radical candor and extreme ownership.
Identify opportunities for process automation and tool optimization to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-fill for critical roles.
Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations for improvement.
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by implementing fair and unbiased practices that attract a wide range of qualified candidates.
Act as a subject matter expert on employment laws and regulations in the Philippines to ensure full compliance in all hiring activities.
Requirements
You possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, demonstrating a solid educational foundation or equivalent professional growth.
You have a proven track record of at least five years in full-cycle recruitment or a related talent acquisition role.
You bring a minimum of three years of experience specifically within the Philippines, with a deep understanding of the local job market and cultural nuances.
You have successfully managed high-volume hiring initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on quality and candidate experience.
You are highly proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems and other HRIS tools to manage workflows and data effectively.
You exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling clear and professional interactions with all stakeholders.
You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment where priorities can shift rapidly and adaptability is essential.
You demonstrate a strong commitment to data-driven decision making, using metrics to inform strategies and prove impact.
You have a history of building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to senior leadership.
Nice to have
Experience in the creative, technology, or media sectors is preferred, providing context for the roles you will fill.
Familiarity with global employment regulations and best practices is beneficial for supporting our international operations.
Previous experience working with remote or hybrid teams is advantageous given our distributed workforce.

Practical notes
