You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for professional photographers, managing the full funnel from initial outreach to final onboarding with precision and care. You will act as the primary point of contact for incoming creator inquiries, ensuring every interaction reflects the Snappr brand's commitment to quality and service. This role demands extreme ownership of complex, multi-step processes where your decisions directly influence the quality of our global creator network. You will leverage data and feedback to iteratively improve the recruitment funnel, identifying friction points and designing solutions that enhance the creator experience. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business objectives and product roadmaps. Your work will involve solving ambiguous problems on a daily basis, requiring comfort with fast-paced change and a bias for action. Ultimately, you will be the architect of our creator pipeline, building the foundation for scalable, high-quality visual content production worldwide.

What you'll do
Conduct in-depth interviews with potential creator partners to assess technical skills, professional background, and alignment with Snappr's quality standards.
Design and implement scalable recruitment workflows that streamline the application and evaluation process for high volumes of photographers.
Develop and maintain comprehensive profiles for each recruited creator, capturing technical capabilities, geographic coverage, and portfolio strengths.
Execute proactive sourcing campaigns to identify and engage top-tier visual content creators across diverse markets and genres.
Collaborate with product and operations teams to refine the onboarding experience, ensuring new partners understand platform tools and quality expectations.
Analyze recruitment metrics and creator performance data to optimize sourcing channels and improve long-term quality of the photographer network.
Own candidate relationship management, providing timely updates and personalized communication throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
Partner with marketing and community teams to develop resources that attract and educate potential creators about Snappr's opportunities.
Implement quality assurance checks at critical recruitment stages to reduce rework and ensure consistent standards across all incoming partners.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to standardize evaluation criteria and documentation for photography, video, and editing talent categories.
Coordinate with global teams to adapt recruitment strategies for different regions, considering cultural nuances and local creator expectations.
Drive the creation of recruitment dashboards and reporting artifacts that provide visibility into pipeline health and conversion rates.
Establish and maintain a library of recruitment templates, outreach sequences, and educational materials to support scalable hiring practices.
Continuously test and iterate on recruitment tactics, using feedback from creators and internal stakeholders to refine the end-to-end experience.
Requirements
You must have a minimum of three years of professional experience in Recruitment, Account Management, or Sales roles, demonstrating a track record of managing complex pipelines.
You must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate nuanced creative requirements into clear evaluation criteria for diverse talent pools.
You must be highly comfortable working with data, using quantitative insights to inform recruitment decisions and measure the success of your sourcing strategies.
You must have experience managing high-volume processes and maintaining quality standards under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
You must demonstrate an obsessive attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in candidate profiling, documentation, and process execution.
You must be proficient in using productivity and collaboration tools, including but not limited to CRMs, project management software, and communication platforms.
You must have a proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of projects from conception to completion.
You must be based in Metro Manila and able to work full-time hours during overlapping business hours with global teams.
You must be comfortable navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments where priorities can change rapidly and adaptability is essential.
You must have a genuine passion for visual storytelling and an understanding of the creative process behind photography, video, and editing.

Practical notes
