Enterprise Sales Development Representative
Job description
About the role
You own the end-to-end process of identifying, researching, and qualifying enterprise opportunities from first contact to a booked discovery call with the right stakeholder. You are the primary hunter for large organizations, using high-volume outbound channels and meticulously planned account-based motions to build a robust pipeline. You partner tightly with Sales and Marketing to stress-test new outreach strategies and provide real-time feedback on how large buyers are responding to our value proposition. You act as the data steward for the enterprise pipeline, ensuring every record in our sales tools is accurate, actionable, and reflects the current state of each opportunity. You work inside a culture of extreme ownership, taking full accountability for the outcomes of the accounts you touch and the quality of the data you create. You will collaborate daily with a globally distributed, entrepreneurial team that is united by a mission to help businesses tell better visual stories through powerful imagery. You thrive in a fast-paced, data-informed environment where radical candor is used to solve problems and challenge the status quo. You embrace the dirt of messy outreach and complex stakeholder maps, using humor and resilience to refuse mediocrity in every interaction.
