GTM Engineer (Remote, Full Time) [HR207]
Job description
About the role
You will architect and maintain the core data pipelines that feed our outbound campaigns and CRM systems, ensuring every record meets strict quality standards. This role places you at the intersection of operations and engineering, where your work directly determines the reliability of our sales and marketing motions. You will be responsible for designing scalable enrichment workflows that automate data hygiene and eliminate manual intervention across the customer lifecycle. You will partner closely with the marketing team to translate ambiguous data challenges into concrete technical solutions that improve targeting and engagement. This is a foundational position focused on long-term ownership of CRM hygiene, data accuracy, and the health of our entire go-to-market stack. You will have the autonomy to identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and execute end-to-end fixes without waiting for direction. Your efforts will reduce bounce rates, increase deliverability, and ensure that every campaign is built on a clean and trustworthy dataset. You will be measured by the quality, scalability, and reliability of the data infrastructure you build and maintain over time.
