Document anticipated system behaviour thoroughly and translate those specific requirements into effective automated test cases for validation.
Play a key part in enhancing software quality for faster and more reliable releases across the entire platform.
Ensure the platform delivers a seamless experience for clients, end users, and internal teams without any disruptions.
Operate in a highly hands-on and autonomous role to drive continuous quality improvements and foster team accountability.
Requirements
Demonstrate substantial experience in quality assurance and software testing within a professional environment over multiple years.
Possess strong skills in building and maintaining automation frameworks for digital platforms and complex software systems.
Have a proven track record of improving test coverage and overall software reliability through rigorous testing practices.
Excel at collaborating with small engineering teams and diverse stakeholders to achieve shared quality objectives effectively.
Show the ability to understand business requirements and document expected system behaviour accurately for development reference.
Translate business needs into effective automated tests that validate correct system functionality and expected user interactions.
