Broad exposure to multistate sales and use taxation, credits and incentives, and research and development tax credits informs strategic filing reviews.
Experience in sales and use tax compliance filing returns and personal property tax returns ensures accurate statutory reporting.
Completion of 3 to 4 years of proven work experience in state and local tax reflects depth in compliance and advisory tasks.
Big 4 firm experience is a preferred qualification that may enhance technical readiness.
A Bachelor's degree, usually in accounting, or a master's degree in accounting provides the necessary technical foundation.
A law degree is a plus but is not mandatory for this position.
