What you'll do
- Architect and execute intake workflows to precisely capture client requirements prior to the initiation of any project work.
- Orchestrate and coordinate all build activities, strategically assigning tasks to Senior Accountants, Staff, and Interns to guarantee efficient project progression.
- Supervise the work of junior team members by providing mentorship, conducting evaluations, and implementing structured development plans to elevate their capabilities.
- Maintain rigorous quality assurance through conducting structured reviews that focus strictly on alignment with the specific engagement scope and deliverable standards.
- Ship deliverables by directly managing client communications to ensure transparency regarding the engagement lifecycle and any pertinent updates.
- Partner with internal groups to assist business development by preparing high-quality materials utilized in client proposals and strategic pitches.

Requirements
Candidates must possess three years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a foundational understanding of accounting and consulting principles. The ability to manage multiple client accounts concurrently is mandatory, requiring strict attention to both scope adherence and quality control under pressure. Supervisors must demonstrate the capability to guide Junior staff effectively through mentorship, constructive evaluations, and the implementation of structured development plans. A commitment to maintaining the firm's recognized industry leadership is essential, requiring adherence to the practices and standards that have fostered year-over-year success. Candidates must also engage actively in the SL Cares initiative, directing focus toward community and client service as a core professional responsibility. Practical notes
Compensation: $142,445.00 to $191,955.00 annually.
Location: Woodland Hills, California.
Engagement: Full-time Exempt.
