Integrated & Growth Marketing Lead
Job description
About the role
You will lead and develop a cross-functional team of 7 spanning campaign management, lifecycle marketing, web development, and product-led growth (PLG), ensuring tight coordination across brand, content, product, sales, and data analytics. You will own how Semgrep's story is taken to market and converted into pipeline and ultimately revenue, operating as the connective tissue that aligns demand generation with product adoption. You will drive integrated campaign strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels, anchored to pipeline targets and business priorities while maintaining a sharp focus on measurable outcomes. You will own full-funnel performance tracking, connecting channel-level cost-per metrics, funnel conversion rates, and investment-to-return analysis to guide continuous optimization. You will partner closely with Brand, Security Advocacy, Content, Marketing Ops, Data Analytics, and Sales leadership to ensure programs are tightly integrated, well-resourced, and aligned to customer journeys. You will build and own the campaign foundation for Partner Marketing and Field teams, creating core plays and assets that can be amplified through partners and adopted across target accounts and regional motions. You will build and maintain an operating rhythm for campaign planning, execution, and retrospectives, including sprint-based GTM activation and structured learning loops. You will support the career growth of both traditional campaign marketers and more technical team members in web dev and growth engineering, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented culture.
