What you'll do
- Architect and execute the growth strategy for your independent firm using our proprietary technology and resources.
- Deploy AI-driven marketing and automated prospecting systems to systematically expand your high value client base.
- Orchestrate comprehensive guidance on investment strategy, tax planning, estate planning, retirement, stock options, and holistic risk management.
- Design and communicate clear, simplified financial plans that translate complex data into actionable client decisions.
- Engineer and monitor long-term asset allocations and dynamic investment portfolios aligned with precise client objectives.
- Partner directly with our product team to co create and prioritize features that shape the future roadmap of the Savvy platform.
- Lead the recruitment and rigorous vetting of additional high quality advisors to strengthen and diversify the Savvy network.
- Analyze performance metrics and client feedback to iteratively refine your service model and positioning in the market.
- Champion the adoption of advanced tools such as Savvy Intelligence and Claude to enhance decision speed and accuracy.
- Steward client relationships through every lifecycle stage, ensuring retention, trust, and deep referral based loyalty.
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory standards while scaling your practice, leveraging our infrastructure for compliance efficiency.
- Curate a premium client experience by integrating digital tools with personalized, human centered advisory interactions.
- Evaluate emerging trends and translate them into strategic options for clients, positioning them for long term financial resilience.
- Facilitate seamless transitions for advisors joining the network, providing a fully supported, white glove process for book transfers.
Requirements
- Maintain current status as a practicing financial advisor in good standing within your state of residence.
- Hold an active Series 65 license or equivalent designation with a clean U4 record showing no disqualifying events.
- Possess an existing, transferrable book of business with documented client relationships and assets.
- Demonstrate a verifiable history of successful client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction over your career.
- Accumulate a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in investment advisory or a closely related field.
- Show consistent compliance with regulatory frameworks and a thorough understanding of fiduciary obligations.
- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to interpret financial data and construct evidence based recommendations.
- Communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively to clients with varying levels of financial literacy.

- The compensation range for this role is between $200,000 and $1,000,000, supplemented by equity and performance based incentives.
