What you'll do
- Orchestrate the end-to-end relationship lifecycle for a designated book of Savvy advisors, ensuring alignment with platform objectives.
- Partner with the Head of Advisor Experience to design and execute initiatives that strengthen advisor loyalty and decrease attrition.
- Translate complex Savvy platform functionalities into clear, advisor-centric narratives that highlight operational and strategic benefits.
- Monitor and optimize core advisor metrics, including activation rates, feature depth, and renewal likelihood.
- Analyze behavioral data and advisor interactions to identify early signals of disengagement and deploy targeted retention strategies.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative advisor input to shape product enhancements and support workflows for internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with the Sales organization to guarantee cohesive handoffs, structured onboarding, and consistent post-sale support.
- Architect and lead educational initiatives, including workshops and learning paths, to empower advisors with advanced Savvy proficiency.
- Employ adaptive prioritization and time management to juggle competing demands in a fast-scaling environment.
- Evaluate existing support procedures and recommend iterative improvements that enhance efficiency without compromising advisor experience quality.
- Utilize artificial intelligence capabilities, such as Claude, to refine advisor communications and extract actionable insights from feedback channels.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by documenting best practices and scaling successful advisor support models.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to address complex advisor needs that span multiple operational domains.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform changes and industry trends to provide timely, accurate guidance to advisors.
Requirements
- Hold a minimum of 3 years and up to 5+ years of professional experience focused on customer experience, account management, client engagement, or sales enablement.
- Demonstrate a proven capacity to develop strong, trust-based relationships with senior-level financial advisors.
- Bring hands-on experience in onboarding, training, and facilitating the adoption of technology solutions or service offerings.
- Exhibit a client-first mindset with strong accountability, reliability, and follow-through on commitments and ownership of outcomes.
- Show competence in leveraging AI instruments to boost advisor interaction and to synthesize qualitative feedback efficiently.
- Display the ability to rank assignments by importance, manage concurrent responsibilities, and perform effectively in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
- Exhibit a quick aptitude for mastering new applications, platforms, and technological tools relevant to the advisory sector.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats with diverse stakeholders.

Practical notes
This is a hybrid role based in our Manhattan office. The schedule requires presence in the office on designated days to facilitate collaboration and team cohesion.
