About the role
Savvy is a Series B wealth management firm using proprietary AI to modernize how financial advisors operate. We are looking for a growth leader to manage our remote team of Strategic Growth Associates who drive our outbound pipeline. You will report to the Chief Growth Officer and focus on scaling our go-to-market engine through operational discipline and AI-driven workflows. In this capacity, you will own the end-to-end performance of our strategic growth function and translate high-level business objectives into concrete team actions. You will be responsible for ensuring that every interaction with our brand reinforces our position as a technology-forward leader in the financial services sector. Success in this role will be measured by the quality and consistency of the pipeline generated by your team. You will act as the operational backbone for our outbound efforts, removing friction and enabling scalable execution.

What you'll do
- Manage the full lifecycle of Strategic Growth Associates, including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing performance development.
- Develop personalized coaching plans for each team member based on specific funnel analytics and performance data.
- Create and refine outreach playbooks, ramp programs, and messaging frameworks to standardize high-performance habits.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to establish reporting systems and metrics that support data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate with the closing team and leadership to maintain high standards for Sales-Qualified Opportunities.
- Integrate AI tools into daily operations to analyze team patterns, generate coaching materials, and build scalable workflows.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust targeting strategies and team priorities.
- Own the documentation of standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and replicability across the growth function.
- Partner with product and marketing to align messaging, value propositions, and target account lists with current market realities.
- Drive experiments across channels and sequences, analyzing results to identify and amplify winning approaches.
- Facilitate cross-functional syncs to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product development initiatives.
- Maintain a rigorous quality assurance process to ensure that all interactions adhere to established best practices and compliance standards.
- Forecast team performance and pipeline creation to support executive planning and resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding the health and trajectory of the outbound growth engine.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing an outbound SDR, BDR, or pipeline generation team in a B2B SaaS company.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quota attainment.
- Coaching methodology that prioritizes individual diagnostics over generic training.
- Operational focus on conversion rates and pipeline quality rather than just activity volume.
- AI-native mindset with the ability to determine where automation adds value versus where human judgment is required.
- Proficiency with sales technology stacks including CRM platforms, Outreach, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience driving cross-functional alignment and influencing stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated mindset capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and iterating based on feedback.
